What is the minimum order size for screen printing?
We require a minimum order of 24 pieces. That’s because screen printing involves setup time and materials for each design, so it's most cost-effective in larger quantities. As long as the design and ink colors stay the same, you can mix sizes (S–XXL, for example) and even styles (like t-shirts and hoodies) to reach the 24-piece minimum.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our typical turnaround time is 15–20 business days from the time we receive final artwork approval and payment. If you have a specific deadline, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
What kind of files do you need for my design?
Vector files like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF ensure the sharpest prints. If you don’t have that, send us what you’ve got—we can usually help clean it up or recreate your design for a small fee.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable printing options?
We do! We offer water-based and phthalate-free inks, and we also source sustainable apparel options. Just let us know your priorities and we’ll help you build an order that aligns with your values.
I understand that youth interns are involved in the printing process. How do you ensure the quality of the final product?
We stand behind the quality of every order. While our youth interns are involved in the process as part of their job training, every single project is supervised and quality-checked by experienced staff. Our team ensures that every print meets professional standards before it goes out the door. Your order helps support hands-on learning and comes with our full quality guarantee.
Do you ship outside of Portland?
Yes! While we’re proud to be a Portland screen printer, we work with clients across the U.S. We’ll make sure your order is shipped safely and arrives on time—no matter where you are.
